problems accessing china site with starhub pass week

before is thru hongkong but also very slow

any strahub users cannot surf most china website (it take a long time for page to load or not loading at all)

or downloading anything from ftp, speed it less than 1kb/sec and keep disconnecting, even for me computer is 24/7 on is losing patient
