StarHub Slow Connection @ Bukit Batok Area?

Anyone facing slow connection at Bukit Batok Area? i am facing slow connection just wanna check and see if it only me?

yup having issue also i am in 100Mbps connection

best of all is when i do a direct connection i cannot test on Starhub Network Utilities, it will say I am not able to access the page NEXT line BEST saying I am not a Starhub customer and ask me to SING UP hahaha
