I think it's a noob question but I am wondering what is the difference between a 3G Flexi lite plan and the BBOM plan. Cos if I sign up the 3G Flexi lite plan it cost $39 for just a 500MB data access. But I could just sign up iOne Plus plus a BBOM 1000 plan at a 20% off for new sign ups at a combined price of $42 (25+17) and get 30 GB right?

so is a ioneplus with a BBOM plan better than a flexi plan? i don't quite understand what's the reason for this huge discrepancy.

it depends on what you want for your BBoM... to surf on a handset or solely for the purpose out of it.
it would be a huge hassle to swap your SIM card every here and there whenever you need to surf the net on your mobile.
pay more for convenience or settle for less to do more. Your pick :)

you can't add i1+ and bbom together at the same line. unless you want the hassle of switching sim card each and everytime....

ohhh.. hmm.. but i didn't get that impression that it will be 2 separate SIM cards. it'll be so dumb to switch the SIM card to just surf the net but not be able to take calls?

Hmm..
based on http://home.singtel.com/bbmobile/ , i have the impression that there is a BBOM plan for the phone itself. So isn't it tag to the same voice plan i.e. same sim card?
