Blackberry 8820 How to update OS to 4.5??

I keep getting fatal errors leh... when accessing the ROM...

then i tried downloading from SingTel site, the handheld software... bloody slow... 10 hrs still no finish download...

I go google... they all say is Vist/Wind7 UBS power safe mode lor... say uncheck then can liao... but All my usb port no power safe mode leh...

Its HK Hutchinson version but does not matter, i had installed in and so far working great.
