Starhub Maxonline Ultimate Problems

I have been experiencing intermittent disconnection since 2 mths ago. Yesterday, the problem added on by having trouble in accessing certain websits. I am definitely changing to singnet at the end of october !! Anyone having same problems?

call them F them, ask them fix it, they will give u lot of rubbish, prepare to entertain them with rubbish.
they will say yr computer have spyware or virus, then is yr modem direct connected, then how many cable hub in your house, is yr modem connected to a router, what time u always notice this, how long it will last...
then after all this rubbish.

they will tell u, they are not the technician they will get the technician to call you back again.. but when they call back problem gone...

so just F when problem occurs...

Same here, starhub cust service, gave a lot of Craps Excuse... I got already got their techician up to check on my main pt, Cable Signal and modem. Prove that my home connection has no prob, is their starhub site giving prob.

Anyway starhub had give me alot of d/c prob, i intend to terminated my contract. Just change to M1 BB at least cheaper rate Cable BB.
