From last season's experience, go with starhub.
Cause, i watch epl. And UCL on stahub channel 23 & 24. UCL is broadcast on both starsports and espn channels, so why need to subscribe to MioTV is beyond me.
Therefore UCL is "NOT EXCLUSIVE" to singtel as marketed.
If you have low budget, just google for free channels lah.

last season is last season.
This season, I don't think you can see UCL on any of starhub channels anymore.

I remember last year they marketed as "exclusively" also.
Anyway, if have doubts, u can either wait and see how or call their hotline to ask if espn and starsports are broadcasting UCL this season.

espn's 'exclusiveness' ends after this season as rights are given out in a 'three season' package by UEFA.
For 2009- 2012 the exclusive rights has been won by Singtel:

i'm quite sure singtel will not 'co-show' with starhub unless mda intervenes.

As of now, SH still seems to have the better programmes. Not just the matches of EPL and La Liga, but the other feature programs on ESPN (e.g. Football Focus, Football Forecast, Goals, etc).
However, if you're UCL fan, then no choice, gotta have Mio TV.
