Anyone got problem connecting to the internet on Starhub

I got DC and now my cable modem can't get connected to the internet and Starhub customer service I can't get through. Keep putting me on hold for more than 30 mins.

Restart the modem more than 10 times, all cable are fine. Manage to get through the customer support and they told me to wait 1 to 2 hrs before I can get back my connection.

They are refering the problem to their engineers. Now my connection is still down.

same. it was fine a couple of hours back.. but now i could only access local sites? i cant even google anything.

starhub internet down for my area.

Could be due to a outage in TS area.
