Btw, I am using Vista Ultimate , and Comodo Internet security.
I had port forwarded my port, but still my d/l rate is less than 3kb/s.

Anyone can help to advise how to tweak the utorrent as well as my firewall ?

A million thanks

I have no problem with Vista x64 and latest Comodo IS firewall. Check Comdo's forum for configuration guide.

You need port forwarding on your router and comodo.

A simple check.

If Comodo is disabled, does the speed go any faster?

oic, in tat case u shud not use comodo fw. or else it's gonna cause u more grief.

are u using laptop or desktop? if desktop then u shud jus stick with windows fw behind router.

Comparing at mb/s instead of kb/s now? So there's improvement...?

I think this website (http://www.portfoward.com) will help you.

Although you forwarded the ports, you must make sure that the corresponding settings are made in the client as well as the software firewall. Doing on the router won't be enough.

Also, see the Trigger port. Might make a difference.
