how much to pay if singtel people come check line?

i have problem connecting to my singnet broadband 8mbps.

tried 2 different modem still same...the internet LED doesnt light up

called singnet helpdesk, still unable to resolve, ended up they will send people down to check.


anyone knows the service charges i need to pay? highly suspect is line problem:s16:

For me, I will scream at them and get them to get a technician down for FOC or minimal fees.. :P

you can challenge back them... if got problem... they wavier... no problem ownself pay...

did you try a new phone cable (from socket to modem) or have a spare modem to try?? psst.. jus make sure not ur problem can le... ;) ;)

btw if u r under contract, than u no need to worry abt the charges as it is free..
