Since last month, my bill has been reflecting an extra charge of $4.50 for ''Call Transfer Plus''!!!


Not 100% FREE now?

you mus have opted for it during sign up. VAS is not free.

I think that is an additional VAS package given FOC for first 3 months of sign up if you opted in.

You might want to call up StarHub to verify.

Just check its website and indeed the hidden extra service is not free.

I did not opt for that in the beginning too.

Going down to StarHub to cancel it.

I think is default opt in.

Calling 1633 to cancel should do the job.

Strange leh, I have this from day 1 and it's still FOC but the charges is only $2.00 !

Yah. Call Transfer Plus should be forever free with Digital Voice Home. That is the only forever free VAS for Digital Voice Home.

Well,i terminate the bundle and opt for caller id only..i need caller id for my home,other than that is such a waste...paying $4 for a bundle i need one one of it..but the aweful part,i need to pay one time activation fee for caller id.$10 for the stupig caller ID...my DV bill $2 now...what a steal..
