Utorrent affecting my cable tv reception

My pc is connected to the wireless router in my living room, sharing the same cable point as my starhub topset. Just today, i suddenly realised that when i turn on utorrent, there would be glitches and funny discolouration on the tv, along with multiple 'no signal' error messages. Once i turn off utorrent it would go back to normal and vice versa. This has never happened before and i have been using the same setup for the past few years already.

Even when i stop/pause all the torrents, the same thing would happen. Any experts here can advise? I cant find anyone with the same problem.

Pretty obvious your cable tv point signal is weak or there could be something wrong with the signal box outside your house.

Better call starhub technician to do a signal check.
