Hi,
Ok right now I'm planning to remove this partition (G: ) as I need more space on C:
Thing is my OS is installed on C: and both G: and C: are the same hard disk. How do I remove it and will it affect my OS if I remove the partition (G: )? TIA

Hi jarred1223,
If you do this removal correctly, it would not affect your OS. No worries.
By the way, what do you mean by "remove"?
Format the drive G or delete the drive and merge the space into C?
Using your Windows basic tools, there are little flexibility and may need to check out tools like Partition Magic etc to do the FULL job.

Yup I meant merging G: and C: together, since they're both from the same hard disk.
Ok thanks, will try Partition Magic out.

Hmm Partition Magic doesn't support Vista. Any other programs to recommend?
Edit: Ok I just deleted the G: using Disk Management, but my C: space is still the same. How to shift the G: space to C: ?
Edit2: Nvm solved it.. used Acronis*Disk Director Suite, worked perfectly.
