Relocating SNBB

Hi guys,

helping my friend to ask, in order to relocate SNBB to another address, what are the process involved?

just call 1610, and inform them? any admin fees chargeable? tried to called just now but they "off duty" liao...so thought maybe u guys can help shed some light...

I think it'll cost S$80 or so

oo ok so just call and update them with the new address then self setup at the new one? thats all?

not sure if u can just call. i re-located from rented flat to my own. went down to shop to get it done as i am applying for new phone line as well. There is cost involved, can't avoid. The new line location and the snbb under your friend name? If yes, maybe call can liao. But do find out from them when they disconnect the current location and when they re-instate at the new location. there will be a period where your friend won't have access.

Just called singnet to relocate.. all charges will be in the bill & i think normally will take a few days to activate so during this time your friend might not be able to access internet..

moving to another rented place ah? then will need to produce the authorization letter to use the line from the landlord leh. unless the policy change, otherwise i think must go down to shop / center.
