hi guys... was having problem accessing the wireless on my linksys router so i tried to reset but it couldn't be reset..
any idea whats the problem and how to resolve... TIA

dunno what's ur "problem accessin" to the router. cannot connect? cannot login? page not displayed properly?
why not power off/on and try access using wired. Safest way to trouble shoot router is wired and not wireless

i can connect via wired... but wireless connection is not working... i forgot the ip address to login to the control panel... so i wanted to reset the router.. but tried resetting 4-5 times... the router doesnt reset..
i have reset it before in the past.. all the time it worked but not now...

how do u reset? press and hold the reset button for at least 5 sec and then pull out the power and reinsert??

press hold at least 30s... off and wait awhile... den on

ok then did u try connecting to your com and do a ipconfig.
U should get the default gateway and the password and username should be the ones that is default.

using win7... ipconfig /all shows nothing on 192.168.x.x

why not post a screenshot of ur ipconfig /all
