Lost internet connection

What would be the reason for lost of internet connection?
1) I have to repair the connection after about 10 minute of usage.
2) Using direct connection.
3) Starhub user..

Could be u have a faulty modem, faulty coaxial cable. Try restart the cable modem and see if that helps.
