2wire/ dir-300 dd wrt set up

Hi Guys,

i'm trying to set up a flashed dir-300 dd wrt with a 2wire hgv-e but can't seem to get connection to the internet both wired and wireless.

any ideas?

Its very hard to know when dd-wrt is broken, but...

can you connect in the first place?

i can get into the web interface of the ddwrt. i'm guessing its some config prob, but i'm kinda noob so not sure what the set up should be.

side note. you looking for 2wire modems? i got spare

I don;t think the router is broken, i can connect to the router interface both wire and wirelessly.

just no internet.

have tried setting the 2wire to bridge mode but still can't get internet with the router connected.

Can you confirm that the PPPoE function in your current firmware is not broken? Seeing how some dd-wrt versions are.

erm.. how do you do that? would it be okie to add you on msn, maybe you can walk me through it?
