Weird two weeks. So many undersea cable cuts.

403 Forbidden
The following error occurred: Access denied by access control list.
Could not open error file

Got the error trying to browse a personal site on my iPhone 3G using SingNet Mobile Broadband. But I have no issue with a StarHub Home broadband on the same site. Look into the permissions on all files at my site and they all appear okay. The site is hosted in the U.S. Won't be posting the url here as it's a personal site.

I'm just confused. A SingNet issue? Or my web hosting service issue? Damn sian when I have to investigate where's the cock-up.

Did a test. Single I'm using a shared hosting, I searched for all domain names host under the same IP address. Yup, those domain names get the same exact error on my iPhone 3G SingNet Mobile Broadband. No issue on StarHub Home Broadband.

Now, it's either my webhost got problem or SN BBoM got problem.

My web host tech support said they got no problem accessing my sites. I also have no problem accessing my sites via StarHub. So, it voices down to SingNet which now appears to be blocking or whatever the IP address where my sites reside. Sian, don't want to call SingNet for such trivia issue. Trying to get my web host to move me out of that single IP address. Damnit! Sickening two weeks!

Damn sian. Gotta made an international call to get my web hosting service provider late last night to change server. @#$%!! Gotta argued about payment for the switch. The good thing about U.S. customer service is, they will eventually waived the fee to retain a customer.

K@N#NC$%B!! SingNet for blocking the IP address where my sites were hosted. Waste my time (a day) to troubleshoot what went wrong. @#$%!!:s27:
