Getting very tired of calling Starhub and repeatedly saying the same things over and over again to them. They keep saying that they checked my connection and found it ok but on my end the jitters and latency is still there.
Is it my network card problem? This problem is like on and off... some days the connection is good and other days the connection sucks.
