Anyone using this Motorola 6120 with starhub Ultimate.

I am thinking of upgrading to this modem. Any comment on this modem.

upgrading from sb6100 to 6120?

or upgrading from other mol plan to mol ultimate?

if its upgrading from 6100 to 6120, i suggest you keep the money cos the performance is similar

Upgrading from 6100 to 6120. The reason is every now and then my modem can disconnected and starhub take about 2 to 6 hours to reconnect it back.

I don't want to keep calling starhub customer service for 2 to 3 hours and let them tell me turn off my computer and turn on my computer or the modem for 2 to 3 hours.

I am using the reward point which I only pay about $40-00.

I don't know it is modem problem or Network problem. So trying to eliminate one variable at a time.

I am not sure whether it is under warranty, I know I got it the modem under a new 24 month contract.

if new modem.. sure it's under warranty... all sh modem got 2 yr warranty.. starts on the date u use the service(call them to check also can.. but nowadays CSOs...)

ask them for another modem to swap for monitor purpose
