I mean as in.. the 3 service providers to put their internet plans details online... especially singnet.... i mean like.. coz i workin in singtel.. thn everytime customers asking me with regards to all the internet plans available.. i m always unable to ans them.. also there is no brochure to show them... the only way is to go online or view from the big big tv screen (touch screen abit insensitive though)... i mean like.. coz the customers i experience are like... newcomers to internet world... they don have internet at home... cannot find out abt more details.. go down singtelshop or starhub have to queue like crazy juz to find out abit of details.. n queue again juz to subscribe...

plans are quite stable now, unless during computer show then all the mess starts coming in..

if u work there why not print out the plans avail and show to customers, so u only can get blamed on the newspaper promo that no1 knows internally lor.
