SNBB recontract or Starhub?

Hi all, my SNBB 3mbps contract going to end this coming sept, actually I wanted to get the free macbook or acer laptop package and recontract 24mths 15mbps SNBB, but seems that the offers have ended. Anyone can intro which service I should take up? Any promotion goin on recently?
