Singtelshop website not loading

My browser is unable to load Singtelshop.com website recently.

Everytime I try entering singtelshop.com, the website says

"Loaded Library 0,.." and then "Still Loading.." and then nothing happen. It stopped loading further.

I'm running on XP with SNBB. What could be the problem?

But I was able to access that same website not long ago with the same OS and browser (IE8)

My first guess was also the flash player. So I went to Adobe to test my player. Adobe said my flash player installation is successful.

Does this mean singtelshop website is not compatible with the latest flash player

Same here. Last time works with IE8 on XP PC on living room. Now not working for quite some time. SNBB too.

Strangly, it always works with IE8 on Vista PC in my room.

Both OS using the latest flash version.

Usually its flash load halfway stop because of previous cache problem or it refuses to connect.

We share the same problem. My other Vista PC in study room is working fine with Singtelshop website though. Its funny
