Very Weak Signal - DIR 855

I am surprised at the extremley weak signal in my not so big condominium and would like to know if there are any reasons to why this could be happening. It is the D-Link DIR 855 and although it is much better then my ex model the 2Wire **** but its not as good as I was expecting, such as when using the DWA-160 alongside the DIR-855 am I not expecting at least 100mbps on a local network, that is a network within our house, cause the maximum I get is 500kbps

855 is known for its weak signal. Check the 855 thread.

Try testing the speed beside the router. You should get more than 20 mb at the very minimum.
