questions about router...
does ram of the router represents its ability to handle the speed of connection?
cos my BELKIN F5D7231-4 125/54Mbps High-Speed Mode Wireless G Router has only 8mb ram but 200 mhz
and when i speed test, the max i can reach is only 29-30+ mbps for starhub maxonline ultimate and also similar on starhub utilities test...
whereas dir 300 has 16mb ram but has only 184mhz process... it can hit 70mbps and above easily....
http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Supported_Devices#D-Link
http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Supported_Devices#Belkin
and does it mean that the slower process means its poorer ability to multi task and handle high number of connection such as bittorent... and all...
