Itunes and NAS

What is the easiest way to re-use my playlist if I transfer my itunes files offline to NAS? :s8:

backup ur C:\Users\account_name\Music\iTunes folder 1st.
just replace them when u've change ur library destination folder..
i hope am right, tats what i usually does
