Should not be below 80% of the stated value. (6.4Mbps?)

Hard to achieve subscribed speed during peak period, do your test during off-peak hours (3am to 3pm) to see the difference.

I test it on the Starhub website leh....:s8: so slow??? Any settings to optimise my speed on my side?? router settings etc?
