hi i have just bought a Zyxel P-320W wireless router. i would like know is it compatible with ADSL2+ connection? i am able to detect other adsl2+ connection but not my own

Wow, since adsl connection goes thru phone wire, how did u tap into everyone else's phone service? :s11: :P
There are set protocols where networking device follows, hence yes to any router models.

yup i had a phone wire and a connection. although i am able to get connected to mine but theres no internet conecction flow coming through...and its been a week so,i was just wondering if its compatible with the adsl2+ connection that i had subscribe with...do i need an additional modem?
i am currently using some other connection detected by the wireless route

Set modem to bridge mode.

omg so i do need a modem to get my own subscribed connection before my wireless router can get connected to it??
i tot i could connect directly straight from my wireless router

Zyxel P-320W is a wireless router, not a wireless router-cum-modem. The wireless function is between the router and your laptop, not between the router and the ADSL connection. You need a wired connection from the ADSL modem to your Zyxel P-320W.

ok thanks...shld i get a wireless modem or a non-wireless modem? how do the non-wireless modem link up with my router?
