Need some opinion

Been having some speed issues recently, so started to check the line and have the following stats.

is the number of FEC errors normal?(over 15 min interval)
Also, is the line stats normal?
does far end indicate error from server?

I can't remember if its supposed to be higher better or lower better..:o

Yes. 15 mins. I retrain then refresh stats.
