Mio Plan and its phone

does MIO plan allow me to buy the phone outside instead of Hello shop? Meaning i recontract Mio at Hello shop. But get(sign) the phone from other retailers.

TS is talking about mobile phone, not fixed line phone right?

You MUST sign up with a contract (min. 24 mths) when you apply for MIO plan. (Look in MIO plan FAQ). That means you have to get the mobile phone from them (Hello shop) as well.

One way around this is to sign up for MIO plan at certain "Singtel Exclusive Retailers". Then you can get the mobile phone from them.

2nd way around is to sign up at Hello Shop and get a mobile phone which you will sell off for $$$.
