Phone is fully UNLOCKED.It can be used in Singapore,whether it is sms,mms,gprs etc. All the settings are already adjusted properly for usage in Singapore.Can type and read English,T9 English,Traditional or Simplified Chinese.A very very good and rare phone but selling it because have to use PDA phone mainly instead for work purposes,hence this set is seldom used.
