Hi everyone! Ive had this problem for a long time.
My setup: Thomson ST536 V 6 bridge mode to Linksys WRT54G V2.2
Bitcomet shows connections still being blocked even though I have done the following....
[computer connected to router via ethernet]
- set static IP for computer
- open up all ports in both modem and router
- disable windows vista firewall
- disable NOD32 and add Bitcomet as exception
- set a listen port in Bitcomet
Interesting things I've found out:
- direct plug in to Speedtouch using USB with a static ip
[under event logging in the GUI shows Firewall Rule: Action accepted for the port i forward]
[Bitcomet says my listen port with open and shows a green light on the status bar]
[WAN:121.6.150.107.20488]
[107 is also the last 3 no. for my ethernet connection static ip]
The reason why I dont want to use the usb connection is because it limits my connection speed.
