The bittorrent part is pretty straight forward, just under linkstation -> extensions - > bittorrent
Click "Modify Settings" -> "Enable"
Refresh, click "Download Manager". Click settings at top right corner to set port etc
then add file or url
Done!
I'm still trying to figure out the web access as well...
I've opened the port in the 2wire firewall similar to the one defined under linkstation -> extensions - > webaccess
under webacess - set your unique buffaloNAS.com Name
by right, once you done that, you navigate to buffalonas.com and enter ur unique baffaloNAS name, it should help u resolve the dynamic dns that singnet assigns.. (according to the guy i bought it from from comex anyway)
Not working for me so far, trying to solve it as well...
how's ur steps so far? same?

Thanks for your reply punkster. I have enable the bit torrent setting in my link station, but i just cant open the download manager. Every time i click that, my browser will give a error screen and cannot access the download manager show in the guide.
Is there any port where i need to forward or unblock? I am using Singnet 8Mbps.
With regards to the webaccess, I have the same problem as the download manager too.
Hope to hear from you soon.
THanks to your prompt reply

did u open a port on your 2wire? in this case here u are using 8080? its for the webaccess?
you got the same error for both bittorrent n webaccess?
for my case, i did not see the ip 192.xxx.xxx.x which is the so called 'internal' router assigned LAN IP if i'm not wrong here? mine starts with 202.xxx.xxx.x

No as for my web access i have another different error, this is the 202.xxx.xxx.x kinda error.
As for the bit torrent, what do i have to configure beside the router bit torrent page.
Thank you.

You have to open the port that you are using in ur 2wire.
Are u using any torrent software previously? For me I used back the same port as my uTorrent, just ensure that both are not on at the same time

I got no luck with it as well.
just wondering, I'm using singnet and the buffalo suppt asked me to chk if there is another firewall on the ISP side (which i didnt get around to doing)
Anyone on starhub or m1 or pacnet managed to go in with no problems?
