for adsl/adsl2+ to work, ur tel line must be adsl enabled.
and singtel will only activate 1 line per adsl internet plan u haf

unless yr both phone line is adsl enabled, u wont be able to switch between them

My flat have phone line for every rooms so can I connect different modems on different room since they all using same line?

if its the same line,

but remember to connect a micro filter to each of the phone socket that is using analog device.
