Do you all think 15% off for SNBB 3Mbps & 6Mbps is considered good deal?

Anyone tried using SNBB on non-English OS? It was indicated in their min requirement that they dun support non-English OS... I am using Win XP Pro Jap... :s27:

It just means their call center and frontend staff dun talk other languages, thats all.

wa, scared me, i thot to apply snbb still need to re-install my PC... @@

then anyone knows if 3MB unlimited at a price of $23.xx is considered cheap already? coz i m not sure of previous year offer... dun dare to take up m1 and SH...
