How do i configure my LINKSYS WAG200G ADSL gateway to work with MioTV?
They gave me the white MIO Modem but when i use that my gaming ping jumps up by 200ms so i'm going to stick to my linksys modem. When I connect the MIOTV set-top box to the modem it doesn't work. Can anyone teach?
Or is it not even compatible?

To use mio-tv, you must use their 2wire router.
There's a workaround though. Use both routers

some info....
if you need to use the mio services, but using the linksys wireless G
configure your 2WIRE first, ensure all the services, internet and tv are able to use.
once you had the services,
you may disable the internal 2wire wireless.

for the linksys wag200g adsl, using a lan cable, connect directly to your pc, login 192.168.1.1
user: admin password: admin / user: BLANK password: admin
once you are in the page, click on the wireless tab.
the wireless page displays.
configure the settings, SSID, wireless security e.g. WPA2
and save settings.
return back to the setup page and disable DHCP server
save settings.

use the lan cable to connect your linksys wag200g to your 2WIRE.
Setup should be something like this
2WIRE : PORT 1 (TO LINKSYS WAG200G) <> PORT 2 (TO MIOTV BOX) <> PORT 3 (OTHERS OR NT USED) <> PORT 4 (OTHERS OR NT USED)
WAG200G: PORT 1 (TO 2WIRE) <> PORT 2 (OTHERS OR NT USED) <> PORT 3 (OTHERS OR NT USED) <> PORT 4 (OTHERS OR NT USED).
Remarks: The Linksys WAG200G does not support MIOTV
so all he needed was just another router...Gateways not cheap.
