Those that are using MaxMobile 7.2mbps plan, do you guys get a cap of ~100kB/s regardless of where you are located at? Using download manager... My home internet can achieve max speed for megaupload... Even Singnet BBOM 2mbps plan can achieve faster speeds than MaxMobile 7.2mbps...
