IP Location in Singapore

i have came across a web service that can detect an ip address of Singapore.
Eg. 121.6.71.* Country: Singapore, City: Tampines.

I wonder is this accurate or just randomise 1?

You go enter in random number for the allocated addr lor. Will show you why it isnt accurate

i can't, cos i use zopim, a chat utility for my web site. it can only works when someone wants to chat with me. I have came across location like Changi and Clementi b4.
