Linksys WRT320N

i just change new linksysWRT 320N router, cos my sister always complain her room wireless signal very weak , B4 using G router , after change the signal not much different, still low,and try to move the notebook to the router there and found also just 65Mbps only ,why not 150Mbps or more? is it the setting problem or ?(my sister use is net book asus eee 1000H)
is anybody can help?

Did you set your router to broadcast N signal.

Did you set your sister's netbook to detect N signal since you have changed the router.

too long to explain...

laptop most likely using wireless G so to get a N to N connection need to use linksys N wireless adapter. right now most likely she is getting the range of N but capped to wireless G the speed.

if you want to improve the range...might want to check the antenna broadcast strength before buying a router.
