Is it possible to transfer of M1 BBoM plan to another person?

Hi All,

I have called M1 customer service to check whether I can transfer my BBoM to another person, and the answer is "No".

Just want to confirm that with you guys if that is true. I have seen posting by forumer to transfer broadband plan to others for other provider. Is it only M1 doesn't allow transferring of plan?

Really appreciate advise from you guys.

You can't transfer when under contract lo. If no contract, can transfer..
