facing slow download speed.

hi bros. im using M1 FBB 10Mbps
fair enough when im doing the speedtest this is the result i got

however, when im downloading stuffs. etc mediafire, megaupload. my speed is the most 200kb

why is it so? can any bro here tell me what problems am i facing?

free users usually get lousy speeds for MU/RS

but my fren using SNBB 8Mpbs
as a free user his megaupload speed can reach 800kb+

the differences is too big to believe.

mediafire is around 100kb/s to 200kb/s...

Free users is not just slot, but speed limited as well

but i still have 1 question.how come SNBB 8Mbps can reach 800kb+ with free user?(according to what i've tested on my fren's connection.)
is it because singnet is dedicated line?

i do know that. but the time i tested was yst nite 10pm
and even my singnet BB 3mpbs have a higher download speed than my M1 10Mbps FBB -_-!
sigh, guess im not suitable for M1 FBB afterall.

is 200kb/s your total download speed or speed you have with 1 dl task (e.g you open 10 download task and all run @ 200kb/s speed)
