Any penalty if upgrade BBom plan while under contract?

hi,

wish to check with you guys, if i wish to upgrade my M1 BBom plan to a higher speed one, but it is still within 2 year contract period, will i be penalised?

assume the current contract has 1.5 yr left, if i sign another 2-yr contract on a more expensive plan, does it mean that the 2-yr plan will supercede the 1.5 yr contract?

call M1 Cust Care to ask? Normally they will allow no penalty in upgrading but not downgrading.

Yup should be able to upgrade lo. But you won't enjoy the same promotional rate you enjoyed previously. So for eg, if you sign up 1Mbps at 50% off at COMEX, won't get to enjoy the same 50% now if you upgrade lo. Probably able to get the current 30%..
