Hi All,
Any expert here or anyone here with experience setting up and get it running ? I'm having problem getting it to work. I need someone who is kind enough to be able to even come to my house to help me or help me over the phone. I'm using linksys router and windows vista. I am not able to view it from outside over the internet but able to view over my home's wifi.
Please help. Thanks.
Best Regards,
Ricky

Basically, you need to forward all the relevant port listed in the IPcam UI mah
like it was listed in the manual. You can also call their call centre 6501 4200 if you're not aware of it.

I'm afraid I'm not so technical and i've called their helpdesk more than 5 times.....and they're no help. Their helpdesk recommended me an outside party and this outside party quoted me more than S$80 for the job

i know. they also block 8080. both 80 and 8080 will not be block when web browser calls for it. they've asked me to try 6675 but that doesnt help either.
