I could not connect to the Internet all morning.... Anyone experienced the same?

Darn... Only able to connect now!!

Should call them mah..
I remember once my Singnet morning cannot connect.. keep trying also cannot..
Then go call them and kpkb ask them reset at their end and then ok already :look:

any snbb tech don't work on sun / PH... even sat is 1/2 day

i am guessing Singnet maybe starting to shape the traffic to accomodate the coming F1.

better get what you want now..as it may take a while to "recover" the network from F1 bandwith allocation.

My line is supposed to be upgraded from 3mbps to 10mbps on 22th and it says will activate after 5pm but my line suddenly disconnect at 1230am...so now either it's really being upgraded or it's a problem....any way to confirm?

Does your router have the green light under "Internet" or something similar?
