Need Help. Terminating Snbb

hi guys.

i had just called the snbb hotline on wanting to terminate my singnet broadband account. but however, they informed me that i am only able to do on dec 2009.

i have however checked online and it states that my 'recontract eligibility' is on sept 2009. does recontract eligibility = contract finish, or 3 more months to completing my contract? or is there another other way for me to check when my contract finishes?

anyone can enlighten me? thanks!

Check the 'contract' that you signed when you signup that SNBB plan. You should have a copy.

u can recontract 3 mth before ur actual contract ends.
hence its the latter

And if u terminate now. u have to pay a penalty fee.

the recontract date is your 21st month...so you still have 3 more months(if you sign a 2 years contract) to go before you can terminate without any penalty
