My advice is not to transfer money to this person
If TS afraid to hold too much money, Meet at ATM machine to do fund transfer.
Unless TS willing to scan and email ur NRIC to the buyer after the transfer, if u unwilling to do so, there is no reason why the buyer should give u 250 dollars.
