This popped up.
H drive is my WD mirror edition external drive
New firmware for WD backup anywhere. Install liao this happened.
WD is shown as healthy in the bottom right WD icon.
But i go into my computer, it shows me a unrecognised icon but i can open.
But cant stop the drive also.
The thing is, it only attached to my com. nothing has been saved on it yet. Thank goodness.
Totally unable to detect even using different USB ports and using windows disk management :(
must bring to chai chee to RMA? anyone knows the closing time?
NO morale, this external HDD was bought during comex.
