hey guys, i bought a toshiba hard disk 250Gb few months ago and recently the usb cable became quite loose and every time i plug it in, it will not be able to detect and sometimes it disconnects itself when i am watching movies or videos.

where can i get another usb cable and what is the price of it and is there any official toshiba company in singapore?

since is still under warranty.
Why not bring the cables down and let them exchange for you.

lol, i think i lost the warranty and receipt. do you think they are able to check based on the serial number alone?

if i were u , since the hard disk warranty is gone, i will take the hard disk out.. put in into a $8-15 dollar brand new casing.
