Sorry, your question reminds me of another question -
Does anyone know why broadband for business is many times more expensive than broadband for homes?

because is used for business so the rate is higher. i don't feel any service different between a home and business 10mbps adsl service. but price is 1.5 to 2 x higher.

I am not sure how good is the connection terms?
I have bad experience with singtel biz bb. alot of times can't upload a file attachment to the gmail, but at the same time, using the mobile bb, it works perfectly right b4 my eyes.
So, i won't comment much on the so called service.

Business Broadband has a SLA (service level agreement), usually they are better in terms of support, stability and reliability.
