Hi guys, do you guys have any idea who i can call or email to change my DSL Line mode from interleaved to Fast? I've tried calling the help desk but they have no freaking clue what i'm talking about.

Whats the number of the helpdesk? They told me to call the modem vendor.. they have no idea what i'm talking about right.

Did anyone else got theirs changed? Any help here? Really wanna get my latency down.

my stats are similar but on interleaved.

though ms is higher, stil looks fine to me cos i donch pray online game :)

so for those that play a lot with us folks, if i call and change to fast, it would improve my ping? bcoz right now i have 4 pc's and when they all doing different stuff, latency takes a toll. However download speeds are splendid. singnet 10mbps here.

firstly, make sure your condition is acceptable for fast path.
Also, hogging of connection by diff application, switch over wont help.

Changing to fast only decrase your latency by about 10-15ms not a lot. Just use interleaved lah, more stable also and fewer dropped packets.

10ms to 15ms is local..
oversea will have more diff..

depend on what u do..
it will make a diff.

No lah it does not make a diff at all. Fast and interleaved only applies to your adsl line from phone to DP. Your performance outside this does not matter so local or overseas should not matter at all.

there quite a huge diff for the ping in games, example like WoW..
