Anyone can help me with connecting wireless printer on
a particular laptop.
I tried connecting but it refuse to connect to the printer server.

Software and configuration on the laptop.

Norman Security suite

Windows firewall off (As there is norman firewall)

Intel Wifi 5300 (Intel drivers dated 2009, no intel connectivity software installed.)

Steps i perform:

1) Disable Norman security suite firewall (Still cannot connect)

2) Enable file and printing sharing at windows firewall (Still cannot connect)

3) Uninstall wireless (Still cannot connect)

4) Uninstall file and printing sharing protocol but still cannot connect

Any areas I miss to enable connection to the print server?

Have you try to do a ping test from your laptop to the wireless print server to determine if your laptop is able to establish a connection with the print server?

1: confirm ur printer work somewhere else...
2: check your laptop connect to correct network
3: standard network print servers has server ip to access the web admin page, make sure you can surf the page on your laptop
